The metrology laboratory, together with the electronic repair service, makes it possible not only to perform calibration services, but also to diagnose measurement devices and repair them where applicable.
Total-pressure calibration
• Low pressure of 10-8 mbar with 103 mbar absolute:
- service approved by COFRAC in the laboratory (ultra-vacuum fixed bench equipped with an extractor and a viscosity gauge – Bernin site)
• mobile bench connected to COFRAC for calibration at customer sites
• Relative high pressure of 0 to 20 bar
Partial-pressure calibration
• Calibration according to COFRAC of helium leaks calibrated from 10-9 to 5.10-6 mbar.l/s of He
• Calibration of mass spectrometers (sensitivity adjustment in A/mbar)
Temperature calibration (0 to 1100°C)
• Calibration of enclosures and furnaces with supply of maps
