Since 1986, 40-30 provides hardware and equipment maintenance for Research and Production centres.
We currently offer our customers support in the process of skill transfer/acquisition and improvement processes through our Maintenance engineering and Training services, our monitoring tools & softwares and our online store.
The 40-30 R&D department creates and develops maintenance strategies, tools and processes. It takes part in numerous innovating projects together with industrial partners and research organisations.
- The R&D department focuses on upstream projects and studies geared to the major business areas of the company (repair and maintenance, maintenance engineering, skill transfer and sourcing).
- Assignments within the department include the development of new tools (measuring benches, innovating techniques, etc.) and services (new customers) as well as the opening to new markets.
- Besides the technical aspect, methods are developed to improve maintenance actions, both internally and on our customers' premises.
- Thus, the search for faults, stock management, logistics and personnel training are the core needs of any company, and our experience allows us to design tools that comply with the constraints associated with maintenance activities.
- Internally, the R&D department offers a promotion of skills, both human and documentary, that allows our workers to flourish.
