For more than two years, 40-30 has taken on a new strategic approach, offering five new areas of development for companies that want to improve their productivity :
- Maintenance engineering : audits and consulting, cost-reduction plans, QSE organisation and support, design and drafting of procedures, design and development of tools and test benches, fault research and analysis, re-engineering
- Monitoring tools and IT applications : AMPS (Advanced Management Procedures System), ISM (Industrial Service Management), RC (Repair Centre)
- Skill transfer : maintenance workshops, backgrounds, etc.
- A training system : ultra-cleaning, vacuum, COFREND approval
- A sourcing offer : supply of spare parts, internet sales and purchases, promotion of customer stocks, selection of sub-contractors, etc.
The main business area of 40-30 is the maintenance and repair of subunits and equipment in its workshops and on customer sites (vacuum technology - non-destructive testing and inspection - cleaning/refurbishing/ultra-cleaning - radiofrequency / electronics / regulation)
Strengthened by its experience in the semi-conductor industry, 40-30 is present today in many other fields of activity: aeronautics, agri-food, automobiles, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, solar power, etc.
From its head office in Grenoble, the company has expanded throughout France, with 9 intervention sites, and abroad, with its subsidiary in Singapore. 40-30 has an annual turnover of 20 million euros and 210 employees.
