40-30 has long-term experience in decontamination and ultraclean parts refurbishment:

- ISO 7 and ISO 5 clean rooms
- A wide range of decontamination devices ( chemical wash, ovens, beadblasting, …)
- Cleanliness and surface control measurement (particle detection, roughness measurement, …)

From the contamination analysis to the development of the cleaning process, 40-30 implements a loop of complete ultraclean refurbishing and ensures full traceability of every part received and treated.

40-30 has established a COFRAC certified metrology laboratory to perform gauge calibration for vacuum measurement (COFRAC is French accreditation body, member of EA, for technical and management system accreditation for vacuum pressure calibrations).

We also have mobile test benches in order to carry out this service on-site.
